Alison Krauss
Alison Krauss has been a country music star for more than 30 years. She was born in Decatur, Illinois on the 23rd of July, 1971. LeAnn Kymes and Alison Kruss were two of the youngest Grammy Award winners. Alison Maria Krauss - born July 23rd 1971 - is a popular American country and bluegrass singer. She was a teenager when she made her debut in the world of music and was a winner of local contests from the age of 10 of age and recording her first album when she was fourteen years of age. She signed with Rounder Records, her first album was released in 1987. She was invited to join the band with who she continues to perform Alison Krauss and Union Station and released her first album with them as a group in 1989.
