Meagan Good born August 8, 1981, was raised in Panorama City in Los Angeles by her parents Leondis Leon Good and Tyrawardlow-Doyle. Tyra worked for her as a manager in her teens. Her family lived in Canyon Country with her three brothers and sisters in California. As a child, at the age of 4, she began acting. She was an extra on TV shows including Doogie Howser Amen & M.D. at the start of her acting career. In the year she turned 13, her first role in a feature film occurred. She first became famous during 1997 due to her performance as Cisely batiste (a struggling teenage girl) in Eve's Bayou, for which she received two nominations, as well as an N.A.A.C.P. Image Award nomination. Good was able to play small TV and film roles over in the following years and began transitioning into more mature roles in the mid 2000s. Killmer originates from Texas was born, and attended Baylor University Waco Texas. From there she graduated with an undergraduate degree.
