Kari Wuhrer was born on the 28th of April the 28th of April, 1967. She is an American musician and actor. Wuhrer started her career when she was in her teens. She is most known for her role as Maggie Beckett on the TV series Sliders as well in the role of the character of Sheriff Samantha Parker, in the horror-comedy movie Eight Legged Freaks. Wuhrer was born in Brookfield Connecticut as the daughter of Karin Noble and worked as a pay clerk as well as German American Andrew Wuhrer. She has been blessed with three brothers. When she was a teenager, she sang in nightclubs, sneaking out of the family home to perform.
